I. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Agreement

1.1 This Game User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the game developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Developer") regarding the use of the game (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). This Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of the Game ("We" or "Developer") regarding the use of the game ("Game").

1.2 The User must carefully read, fully understand and agree to all the terms of this Agreement before using the Game. If the User does not agree with any of the contents of this Agreement, the User shall immediately stop using the Game. Continued use of the Game shall be deemed that the User has read, understood and accepted the entire contents of this Agreement.

1.3 The User acknowledges that he/she is at least 13 years old. The Game is not intended for users under the age of 13, and children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Game. If we discover that the User is under 13 years of age, we have the right to immediately terminate the User's right to use the Game.

1.4 This Agreement applies to all versions of the Game, as well as any future updates or extensions that may be released.

II. Rules for using the game

2.1 No account login required

This game is a three elimination game that does not require account login, users can play directly without registering or binding any personal information. However, some of the game data (such as level progress, in-game currency, etc.) may be stored locally on the device, if the user uninstalls the game or changes the device, the data may be lost, and the developer will not be responsible for this.

2.2 Purpose of the Game

This game is intended for personal entertainment use only, and users are not allowed to use it for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to: using the game for profit-making activities; unauthorized modification, distribution or sale of the game; and using the game for any illegal or contrary to public order and morals.

2.3 In-Game Advertisements

This game contains advertising content, including but not limited to:

Banner Ads: Ads displayed at the bottom or top of the game interface;

Inserted ads: full-screen ads that pop up after a game level switch or a specific action;

Incentive ads: Users can choose to watch ads in order to receive in-game rewards (e.g. extra lives, coins, etc.).

2.4 Advertisement Disclaimer

The advertisements in the Game are provided by third-party advertising platforms, and the Developer is not responsible for the content of the advertisements; any transactions or interactions between Users and advertisers have nothing to do with the Developer; the Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or safety of the advertisements, and Users are responsible for making their own judgments and assuming their own risks.

III. User Behavior

3.1 Prohibition of Illegal Behavior

When using this game, users shall not engage in the following behaviors: using plug-ins, cheat programs, automated scripts or other illegal means to interfere with the normal operation of the game; reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying or cracking this game; exploiting game loopholes to obtain undue benefits; and posting any illegal, violent, pornographic, fraudulent or infringing content;

Interfering with the normal game experience of other users (e.g. maliciously swiping the screen, sending spam, etc.).

3.2 Violation Handling

4.1 The Game is provided "as is".

The Game may be subject to technical problems, delays or errors and the Developer does not guarantee the stability, security or continuity of the Game.

4.2 Risk of Data Loss

As the game does not require an account login, the game data is stored on the local device. If the user uninstalls the game, changes the device, or if a system failure occurs, this may result in data loss, for which the Developer is not responsible.

4.3 Risk of Third Party Links and Advertisements

The Game may contain third-party advertisements or external links, and the User accesses such content at his or her own risk. The Developer is not responsible for the safety, legality or accuracy of third party content.

4.4 Force Majeure

The developer will not be responsible for any failure of the game to operate normally due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and government policies.

V. Privacy Policy

5.1 Data Collection

The Game may collect the following anonymous data to optimize the gaming experience: device information (e.g., device model, operating system version); game behavior data (e.g., level progress, advertisement viewing history); and advertisement interaction data (e.g., click-through rate, number of times advertisements are displayed).

5.2 Data Use

The collected data will only be used to: improve game functionality; optimize advertisement placement; and analyze user behavior to enhance the game experience.

5.3 Data Protection

The developer does not sell or disclose user data to third parties, but may share anonymized statistical information with advertising partners.

VI. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

6.1 Modification of the Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time, and the updated Agreement will take effect after it is published in the game or on the official website. If users continue to use the game, they are deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

6.2 Termination of Service

The Developer reserves the right to suspend, terminate or modify the services of the Game without prior notice. The Developer shall not be liable for any compensation if the operation of the Game ceases due to policy adjustments, technical problems or other force majeure factors.

VII. Other Terms

7.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Developer and supersedes any prior agreements, whether oral or written.

7.2 Severability of Terms

If some of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
